Thank you

Thank you for contacting Adult Safeguarding at Slough Borough Council.

Safeguarding concerns about Slough residents will be processed within 24 hours of arrival. Adult Social Care will then assess whether a Safeguarding Enquiry is required.  If your referral is received after 17:00 on Friday it will be processed the following Monday.

You will receive feedback on the outcome of the concern if it is appropriate to share that information with you and you have provided your contact details.

If the person requires medical attention or if a crime has been committed please call 999 to call an ambulance or report to the Police. The Police non-emergency number is 101.

For matters that require a Social Services response as an emergency outside our office hours of 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday please contact the Emergency Duty Service on 01344 351999.

If a child or young person requires immediate protection please call 01753 875362 and send the electronic multi-agency referral form (MARF) to sloughchildren.referrals@sloughchildrenfirst.co.uk. The operating hours (for this team only) are 9am to 5pm.
